Hi all! I want to sell on the Italian eBay website (http://www.ebay.it/) but I don't know Italian...Is there a way that I post on the general eBay site (www.ebay.com) and the item go to the Italian one? Or they are completely separate websites?
Thanks!

They are two separate websites. You don't necessarily need to know Italian to post there, but the site is set up in the native language. You could translate your Item description to Italian, but you will have to translate all your correspondance to/from Italian as well. I use AltaVista Babel Fish http://babelfish.altavista.com/ http://babelfish.altavista.com/ . But you can post to the USA Website and when you set up your Item Description Shipping parameter, set to shipping to Italy or to worldwide.

Phone Serif (0800 376 1989) and buy a CD called "Super Seller For eBay" for about £8.50 plus P & P and it will do it all for you.
