you need to call your doc ASAP just because you are not bleeding does not mean something is not wrong. Although cramping and ligament pain are very common at this stage it is not common to cause pain that severe.

I had the same problem and I went to the emergengy room and they told me that the baby was fine and that I just had alot of gas that I needed to let out and eventually I started felling better and that also everything is strecthing cuz my body is making room for the baby. If those cramps get worse or they don't go away anytime soon then you really need to go to the emergancy room cuz you may never know if it could be something else or something wrong with the baby just cuz your not bleeding doesn't mean that there's nothing wrong with your baby, also call your doctor and tell him/her that your cramping really bad. Hope it's nothing serious!

It can be normal to have some pain and cramping during pregnancy, so don't panic, but you should call your doctor right away to have it checked just in case.
I would definitely also lay down immediately and stay off your feet until you are able to get to the doctor. I've also heard that they recommend drinking plenty of fluids since dehydration can cause cramping.

Lie down on your left side right now. Call your doctor immediately. Cramps are normal in the first trimester and so is some pulling as the muscles holding your uterus stretch. But you are describing bad pain, and that is not normal. I hope you are ok.

since something is telling you to question this feeling, i suggest that you call a professional or go to the hospital. Don't want to scare you, but 9 weeks is very common to have a miscarriage. good luck.

period like cramping during the first trimester is normal. So long as you're not doubled over and you're not bleeding like a period you're fine.
Call your OB if youre concerned.
