If you want to vaccinate, no big deal if they get postponed. Even better if you wait until the baby's 6 months old to get ANY shots since their little immune system gets overloaded and isn't mature enough to deal with so many. Don't worry. The vaccine "schedule" isn't set in stone.

get the shots now because if the doctor says they need them now then they could catch what is being prevented with the shot at two months the get three shots in there legs and also at 4 months and six months so no you cant Waite till 4 months or he will get to many shots at once and 3 is better than 6 if you ask me. just give the baby a little baby Tylenol before you get the shots he will be soar and maybe run a small fever but its better he has a little pain now then die of whatever the shot prevents later please get the shots it will be OK

The last time I was at the health clinic there was a little boy who was getting an extra shot to catch him up. The nurses will tell you if it's necessary to double up or not. Sometimes kids get sick and can't get their shots for one reason or another and get delayed a couple months....Don't sweat it. I was advised once to not get my child vaccinated at all, I considered it till my mom got hold of me! She said "What if Rain gets polio? Measles? What will you do? Sure sometimes kids react to the shots with fever or swelling for a day... Polio will disfigure your child for life! Without vaccination your child shouldn't ever travel to countries that do not have the quality of health care we have. If they don't work (other feedback) then how come these infant diseases aren't happening. The reason your child isn't sick is because we've all vaccinated ours... Think about it. I know it sucks to get these shots and I'm on baby #2,but I get a great sleep knowing I'm doing the best I can to protect my baby from life threatening illness! You will too!

You can ALWAYS go over time for the vaccinations - they just have to be minimum of 8 weeks apart.
At two months old, they usually get DPT (diptheria, pertussis, tetanus), IPV (injected Polio), Hepatits B, Prevnar (Pneumoccal Meningicoccal), and HiB (H. influenzae B.) shots. The DPT, Hep B, and IPV can be combined into one shot called Pediarix.

My child, and children to come will not be recieving any vaccinations. They are nasty, wrong and will only cause harm. You should seriously do some research before subjecting your child to that, so you know what the risks are.
