It is pretty cool!
Your short verses remind me of "On The Street Where You Live" from the movie, My Fair Lady.
If you want it to be a poem, perhaps you can rearrange the verses and use a meter, e.g. iambic pentameter (ten syllables per verse). Select words that rhyme at the end. It is alright to expound your frustrations but most poems allude to inspirations. For example, love should be wonderful and not painful.
Keep on writing. You may become a millionaire. I am not kidding.

OK, except for the 1st 2 lines. Change them to fit the narrative, or get rid of them altogther. Just my opinion...

for me it depends upon the girl. Like I might observe a girl with black hair and think she is totally hot however see a girl with blond hair that is meh and vice versa.
