Meguiars Clay Bar System. Not very expensive, and puts a great shine to the paint.

Try this on a section in the shade. Get some dish detergent and let it soak for about twenty minutes then rub off with water. Then buff with compound, preferably with a electric buffer then polish.
And while you are at it buff your windows and headlights if they are plastic with compound and polish. Just quickly polish a small part of your window, then throw water on it. You will see what I mean.

Vinegar...... trust me, I lived in germany for 4 years and they have hard water.... the only way to remove the hard water marks is to use vinegar, I mixed half a bottle of vinegar to half a bottle of glass plus, works like a champ.

Wash it again but when you dry it, don't let it air dry. Dry it off with a towel that way you won't get any spots again.
