Sailor Moon because I literally grew up with this show; I used to get up in the mornings just to watch it. I have all the movies and I've seen all 5 seasons. I wish there was more; oh well I can't do anything about it now.

If you are referring to a television show then Full Metal Alchemist because Ed always blows up when people ake fun of his height and its funny. Its full of action and its got a great deep story that leaves you wanting more once the series is over.
If you are referring to a movie then probably Princess Mononoke just because of the awesome artwork and detail and story. Buts its not one of those movies that youc an watch over again, its pretty long. Another good one is Ninja Scroll, just plain awesome

Im just fresh into anime but I enjoy both Naruto and Bleach, both in subbed and dubbed forms. These shows are both entertaining and enjoyable to watch. Along with watching the versions of these shows I enjoy reading both the manga as well.

I've only seen three before: Inuyasha, Bleach, and Naruto, but the only one I stick with watching is Naruto. It's so cool, and has so much action and also some comedy, and a great story. ^^
