ever wonder if maybe its because south africa is tired of dealing with illegal immigrants from those countries? the govt can't even support its current population, never mind find and pay for a workforce to deport them again. as it is only about 10-15% of the current south african population pays taxes, and those taxpayers are overburdened already.
