They just updated the fantasy baseball page last night and here's what it says...
"Fantasy Baseball returns Thursday, February 15!"
I guess that sums it up. That's way later than last year, but better late than never, right?!

It's usually early march. if you go to the fantasy baseball home page you can sign up to be notified when it goes live, usually notifying you through email.
