pour a cap full of hydrogen peroxide. Turn your head sideways and pour the peroxide in your ear. It kind of tickels a bit. Let it sit for about 20 seconds and drain. If you want, do it again, if not carefully dry your ear with a napkin or something. Your are not ever supposed to stick a q-tip in your ear because the fibers from the cotton can come off and start to mold inside your ear.
Also, ear candles work good, but I prefer the peroxide.

You can buy a kit at the drugstore.

They use a saline solution to flush it if they do it at a doctor's office. (you could probably do this if you buy some saline & a ear bulb like for baby's.

You might try the link below that has several home remedies.

I do know taht you have to be careful to not pack the wax in deeper where it will harden & also be careful not to puncture your eardrum.

Yes you can use an ear wax candle. You can get them at any health food store. My sister owns a store that sells them and I know from personal expierence that they work wonders.

my husband has always used a paperclip (the bigger kind) to clean out his ears. if you stick it in, twist it and pull it out, the wax will be stuck to it. personally i've always used q-tips.
