No, "The Brothers of Destruction" are not from the same mom. They have the same nose, (has nay one noticed that???) But they really are not brothers in real life. They are not related at all.

No. Kane(Glenn Jacobs) was born in Madrid , Spain. Taker (Mark Calaway) was born in Houston, Texas. Hope that helped.. :)

Not in real life but they did for awhile play the role of brothers. They are still kind of playing the role just not nearly as actively as it use to be.
