They are the hoodies that are covered with a certain thing like ALLLLL over it. Kind of like what is in the Gym Class Heroes video for "Cupid's Chokehold". They are light colored and have crazy things alllll over it. Yea...that's about the best description I can give.

Well I don't know if you have an echo of Italy there OR not, but if there is any Urban store there I would check there. But wash them with salt the first time or something, because they fade really bad, I should know, I have one, lol. So yeah, They have like 4 different shades in it like the one that the one dude has, a pink/orange/yellow/blue and some other colors one, and 2 other ones that I don't remember. Hope this helps. I bought my boyfriend the star jacket jst like in the video but i got him the bright colors like blue green pink red and orange! but i got it at one of those chinese stores there is a million everywhere and ive also seen them in flea markets, i paid $60 for his..good luck xox
