Sounds like you are in line for a clutch replacement. Resurface the flywheel or replace it. This is the cause of the vibrations. When you put the clutch in you remove the load off the clutch and the vibration goes away.
good luck

Most likely this is a broken motor mount or transmission mount. You can shake the motor from above and if it moves too much. motor mount. If is moves very little, then crawl under and shake transmission - if it shakes a lot, then it is that mount. If it barely moves then grab that shaft that runs from the transmission to the rear end and twist and shake that. Again, too much movement and it is the problem and barely moves then we move on.

Next check tires for wear that is not even and inflation that is too high or too low. Always keep inflation at the amount listed inside the door frame on that information plate fastened there.

If tires are ok, Then it goes to tire shop for an alignment and balance.

But - as sever as you explain, you are going to find a bad motor mount or transmission mount.

Also could be the clutch, but that comes after a mount problem to me as when you let the clutch out you add torque and the engine tries to move in the direction the crank moves inside it. This twists both the engine and transmission.

Sounds like when you turn the music on, your truck be jamming.

I would replace the clutch and resurface the clutch plate.

Also did you know that if your engine is in need of a tune up that at low speeds it will shake, rattle, and roll. So I presume you have had it tuned up lately
