Yes and no. Example. I changed transmission from my chevy van to another transmission but it was a long end tranny. Well I took the drive shaft to a Drive Shaft shop and they extended it for me.
In your case all you have to do is measure it and probably change universal joints on it. But a drive shaft shop can help you with that though. Also if not sure how to measure, ask the shop.

certain that is going to spin . i'm assuming you've lifted the front with the engine operating? on some thing that previous you've lock out hubs that keep the front wheels from enticing. there develop into plenty ofmaintenancee from those previous trucks

If you're talking about the S-10 based Blazer they share the same chassis. I don't see why not.

yes it should fit,i own a repair shop,and these vehicles share the same drive train ,so you shouldn't have any problems doing this,you can call a junk yard,and they can tell you exactly what all will fit it,this is what i do if I'm unsure about one,good luck,i hope this help,s.

Yes, they are the same vehicle, and I would bet that if you checked the front driveshafts would have the same part number.
