a friend of mine named her son first name Trustin, middle name Jesus. trust in jesus poor kid. i mean i get the reason she named him that but...wow he might get beat up in school.

I saw someone on Yahoo Answers who said she plans to name her son "Memphis Rain." Sounds more like a weather report, doesn't it? And what boy would want to be saddled with the name Memphis anyway? I just don't get how thoughtless parents can be sometimes.
The actor Jason Lee and his girlfriend named their son Pilot Inspektor (not a typo). That's a pretty ridiculous name. And then there's Fifi Trixibelle, Peaches Honeyblossom and Heavenly Hiraani Tiger Lily -- these are the unfortunate daughters of the now-deceased Paula Yates. The first 2 girls she had with musician/Live Aid organizer Bob Geldof; the 3rd she had with INXS's former lead singer Michael Hutchence (also deceased).
Then again, I think "Trustin Jesus" is just as weird/bad, in its own way. Yikes! I can't believe that kid's parents were so stubborn and so thoughtless, to give him a name like that. :(
P.S. I just remembered another name! A former co-worker knew a family whose last name was Bean. They kept having daughters, and the father didn't like that. (How sad). For their last daughter, he gave her the first name Ima and a middle name of Lima. "Ima Lima Bean". What a jerky father! I wish I was kidding, but I'm not! I feel sorry for that girl.

I get what you're saying, I like it but I don't like it at the same time. I've always felt like naming a kid after Jesus in the first place is kind of sacrilegious, but I don't think that's the way she meant it. I've heard Zerubbabel and Cooter while I've been on here, which are the weirdest, but I've heard worse in real life I'm sure.

There was a girl a my school called Princess- it suited her though as she was a pretentious b*tch! I also heard of a girl called Glitter, and a girl called Chaste who disappointed her bible waving mother by rebelling and getting pregnant at 14!
Also a boy called Mowgli, and last but not least, a boy called Camden, surname London...I mean I love my home city and borough but seriously!
Trustin Jesus is bloody hilarious! At least he can keep his middle name a secret from his school mates, but even so Trustin is a stupid name!

A kid in my sons daycare when he was a baby was named Machavelli, I have heard Porche, Mercedes, but the stupidest one I heard was CANDLE. Yes, you heard me right- a little girl named CANDLE. Ridiculous.
