Have sex every other day for the best chance of conceiving. This way the blokes sperm count has time to rebuild itself and you won't miss when you are ovulating.

Just make sure you have sex on the days of ovulation.

its simple buddy till u get positive results most of the time once is more than sufficient there are 99.9% for +ve results
NOTE : both the partners should be physicially matured enough.
