Different techniques and methods of tattooing?

I am doing a group presentation in class on tattoos. My subject is the ways tattoos are given now and in the past but i am having difficulty finding alot of information on different ways they could be done or were done in the past. If anyone knows of where to get more information that would be great !!! thanks :)

Hey Yadda,

The first site, you have to scroll down, but it is loaded with great information. The tattooing that intrigues me is the Hawaii and Polynesia styles. These should give you the History, Methods, variety globally, and some current techniques.
