I always use Baking Soda to clean my fridge. It perfectly cleans any stains and deodorizes it. So put some powder on a plate, moist a piece of paper towel and rub Baking Soda into stain. I wouldn't use any detergent or Clorox wipes since you keep food in the fridge but Baking soda is not so harmful.

Warm soapy water and a sponge to get the gewy stuff off.
If the red stain is still visible on the white solid part then use one of those cleaners with Clorox in it or OxyClean. That should get the red out.

Take everything out of the fridge, remove the drawers from the bottom..
Use Vim oxy gel and warm water and scrub the heck out of it.
For a chemical-free cleaner: Use vinegar and warm water
If there is any red staining after the mess is gone, just put baking soda over the stain and scrub it with a damp cloth.

With hot water and detergent. You might have to let the water sit to reconstitute the juice. Then start removing with paper towels. You will need to repeat this several times at least.

Hot water will breakdown the sugar allowing you to be able to wipe it up and then use your fav kitchen cleanser on the shelf afterward.

I would try heating up a washcloth in water as hot as you can stand...then put some cleaning solution on it...I like 409...but whatevert you have on hand. As soon as the cloth gets cold again, redip and rescrub! It will help melt.
Good luck!
