Unless Chelsea start buying players who are worthy of being English champions then they will always be runners up.
Lampard will leave to La Liga at the end of the season, along with Jose. Barcelona will not be the team, it will be Real Madrid.
Chelsea need to buy someone along the lines of Christiano Ronaldo but they wouldn't have a chance of doing so now.
