how come if a person under 18 kills someone, they have the possibly be charged as an adult. but if an person under 18 has sex with someone over 18, they are still just a kid and no one will think otherwise?

i dont think i worded the question right. if someone can make the decision to murder someone (by fault or accident) then why cant they decide to have sex with an older recipient?

Because there is a difference between ending someone's life and just having sex with them.

Did someone actually die when the younger than 18 year old decided to have sex? Did the person over 18 not know the law?

In many states the age of consent it 16, which, other then Texas, is just about the youngest a child is tried as an adult for murder.

A person under 18 has sex with anyone ,it is also a punishable offence under s.375 of IPC{Indian Penal Code}.He never consider as a kid before law.Everyone is equal before law.
