iceprincess, that disembodied voice did indeed have a body. And those other things...what do you expect? Its called magic even if its dark magic, which is what Voldemort specializes in.
Isn't it wierd how some peopel think of it as anti-Christian and others think of it as pro-Christian? In the end, it appears as though those people are just flapping thier jaws or stroking their pens with absolutley nothing else to say or think of.
And her childhood or personal experiences have nothing to do with magic. Its certain characters such as Lockheart who she modeled after a real person...not his magic but his personality. Honestly, take everything into consideration when thinking about what she may have meant by anything. DOn't automatically assume she means she's a witch and went to Hogwarts herself and is now writing a true story about someone she knew there. Go to her website and search around for other information.
Anyway, yeah, Harry's real name is Harry.
