Who is Tea Lion and what do they want from children?

Tea Leon is a good looking actress who has been married to David Duchovny (X Files fame) since May 1997. They have two children. Tea has been in a number of movies, most recently starred with Jim Carey in Fun with Dick and Jane.
It appears the Tea is working with unicf, The United Nations Children's Fund, which helps children living poverty in developing countries.
Tea and unicef what to teach the "rich" kids of America to help out and donate to unicef.

I would imagine you mean Tea Leoni, the actress appearing in the UNICEF adds in the answers pages.
Tea (pronounced Te-a, apparently) is an American actress, married to David Duchovny (of the X-Files). Her most recent role was "Fun with Dick and Jane", with Jim Carrey.
She's trying to raise awareness for one of the UNICEF causes - I didn't happen to see which one, and it's not coming up now that I've skipped it.
