Maybe you can change rolls...if youare the one cooking every night..then make him cook for you.Write a short story about how your life changed since you've been together.Things you know now that you didn't know 3 years ago.How life together taught you new things...Ask him to dance with you in the middle of your living room to very soft music, lots of candles around and just share a nice quite evening in each others arms.

what about you go online and look up a romantic dinner recipe and cook yourself for the two of you. Go buy soem candles and make it a candle lit dinner. Get a nice bottle of wine to go with it. Draw a bubble bath for the two of you to enjoy then afterwards give him/her a body massage with oil. Go get some sexy lingerie for when your down. Put on some slow music and dance for him/her.

Its not a real anniversary but a good idea would be a engagement ring, proposal in some unique way.

reenact the first time you met, or went out. shower her with a leisure night you know run some bath water with bobbles and candles and maybe the peddles of her favorite flower. and make yourself available to her every need.

do something different something fun. rent a suite with roses petals that lead to cute notes on the floor until she finds her destination. do something out the box
