Their family nickname is "Mojo". She is about five or six weeks along. I have been calling it "mini mojo" but she doesn't like "mini" because she thinks it sounds too common and girly (she doesn't know the sex).

Their family nickname is "mojo" because of their last name. We're looking for something to call it while she's pregnant so we can stop saying "it" or "the baby" to personalize it a little.

Perhaps "shack-up kid" would be appropriate. Or, if this is number 3+ just call it the number. "Oh, how cute, 'number 7.'"
Maybe "Who's your daddy?" would be appropriate.
If the family nickname is "mojo" then I really don't hold out much hope for anything intelligent.
This is a test. It is only a test. If you smile or laugh you DO have a sense of humor. If you don't and you file a complaint then you DON'T have a sense of humor.

I Love nicknames. But I have to attach one, depending on who the Person/Friend/Family Member is. Wait until the Little one is Born. Then make up your mind. Congrats to The Sister!

why not wait until the baby is born and base the name on the baby. when my son was born he kept squishing his face so i called him squishy he has evolved to muffiekins. my younger son gets called cha-cha and notcha i guess the weird names just came after they were born

You first need to know the babies personality...The nickname will come easy then.
