A man wants to be that pure, true lasting love. If she really cares about him, the way no one ever has before, he would be so grateful that he would be faithful forever. He would exercise self-control and he would express his gratitude in tenderness, in patience, in kindness and gentleness. And he would tell her every day that he loved her, and rejoiced in her, and was lucky to have her.
