It depends on what you really want,there is a gorgeous store at city stars but ther you are talking thousands(starting from no 6) at Carrefore they are ok but doesn't worth the price,I search them all when I was buying but there is an intelligent place its Hammam el talat in Moski,of course not all the stores you had to search for the store which sell the elegant ones,you can buy a very elegant and good quality set for only 1500 to 2500 L.E.

I usually buy luxurious stuff like chinaware, cutlery, crystals etc from the free shops. They have wide variety and the prices are not really that high considering the quality of stuff you get.

There are grades and prices .. if you look for expensive shops you'll find it easily in many areas. If you want to get anything and you don't care for prices go to Carfour (Maadi Area) . I guess you look for cheaper ... El Tawheed We El Nour (in many areas in Cairo) if you want buy it outside Cairo got the free shop.
