"Best" is always a dead giveaway for an opinion. There is no way to make something "best" as fact, as "goodness" is, by definition, subjective.

Therefore, this statement is an opinion without question. A factual statement would be based on quantifiable and measurable/irrefutable bases, such as speed, quantity, or something similar. Any judgement of quality is, by virtue of its nature, opinion.

For one person, speed may be what makes something "best", but for another it could be "simplicity". And for another person who may not even have access to the internet, it certainly wouldn't be the "best".

It is a FACT that this statement is an OPINION. ;)

Hope this helps!

That is definetly an opinion. Many poeple may think the internet is the best place, but other poeple who are not so good with computers would think otherwise. Unless something can be proven it is not a fact. You can find things in books and other places that you may not be able to find on the internet. Anytime anybody is saying something is the best or better than something else, it is an opinion.

Statement. it is what is widely believed. A fact is without dispute. Maybe one day someone will take the time to compare all information sources and determine which is the best. Until then this is just a statement. One idea to consider. What is I am blind? There is a better way for me to recieve information. Then the internet is useless.

This is a fact because one who knows how to properly use the internet will learn that it is an endless source of information bacause every day people use it and the internet grows. just like I put my information on this page, though my knowledge isnt perfect and I dont know everything there are alot of recorded facts on the internet that are based on real live things, so in conclusion it is a fact that there are facts on the internet. but the internet may not be the BEST place for information that is an opinion but it certainly is the most convenient source of information on nearly any subject in the world.

Best is a relative term to the individual making the assessment so it is opinion.
Fact would be : The Internet is a major source of information on many topics.
Facts are items like , the earth rotates and does so around the sun.
( no best rotating planet etc)
Best is the element that makes it opinion (although I tend to agree and think the net is amazing !)

Opinion. It might be the fastest place but much of the info is available in book form as well and more complete in it's contents. Not all websites are updated regularly so you might be reading outdated material. At least weekly magazines are more up to date then 60 day old websites. A lot of info on web is also opinion.

For historical topic information the internet is probablly is best source. For up to date, most current topical information, maybe not as most sites are not updated on a regular basis and may not contain new information on a specific matter.

i'm uncertain what you recommend, however the internet is the final place simply by sheer bulk of suggestions there. in case you stated "precise suggestions", i could disagree and element you at an encyclopaedia which has editors and actuality checkers. I recommend, i might desire to positioned "W is a huge president" on my internet site yet that may not make it genuine. it's going to only make the internet bulkier.

Beyond any doubt its a fact. Can you manually look through 3 + Billion pages as google does to return results to you in seconds. All the information in dictionaries and encyclopedias is all online and all free. The most current events are told to us in real time not on the evening news. You just cant beat that.

Fact. Put in any subject in your search engine of choice and 100's of pages will turn up. Then you will have to do your own research to find the one you are looking for. I remember as a child (we did not have internet back then) having to go the library to read books on what it was I was looking for. This was very time consuming. Yeah for technology!
