That depends on whether I'm trying to cover the sound or not. If I'm trying to toot without anybody noticing it was me, then I lean back and try to silently squeeze it out. If I want it to be heard, then a slight lean to the right always does the trick (yeah, there's a science to these things). :o)

I don't toot j/k if u must know to the side. A wooden chair/ bench works best for the loudest ,metal just echos lmao.

it depends on the size of the fart,if its just a light fluff i usually do the lean,if its rather large a side fart gives better space,otherwise i might end up with a quiff.
