This may be a weird question, but during college I get severall hours of free time, many of my friends can fall asleep in this time but NEVER can, our social room does have people in it but they al can sleep through it, I can't sleep anywhere but in a dark, quiet, bed. I'd love to be able to fall asleep in these times! Would be a good way to spend 90 minutes, does any body have any sensible tips? I put my headphones in because they block out any outer sound and normally put somethin over my face so its dark! But it still doesn't help me fall asleep!!

You don't fall asleep because you really don't feel "safe enough" to relax and drop off to sleep. Access your area and resolve this issue and you'll be able to sleep anywhere.
