You will not find service manuals on Yahoo Answers.
If you do not want to use EBay, you are not too serious about restoring bikes are you.

Go to www.scooterbbs.com It is a forum page and they have a moped column and another for vintage stuff, you may find some help there. Also consider Yahoo groups, go there and do a search, I'd wager there are several that deal with Allstate vehicles and will be a source of info. You may have to join the forum but its free.

Check out Moped Army. They're a group of moped enthusiasts. Someone there might share pages of a manual with you. They would know best where to get used parts.
