Do you believe in ghosts?

Question

My son was downstairs last night putting wood in the stove and ran upstairs freaked out saying he could hear people talking. I told him not to be such a pansy but my wifes a believer..............nut.

I've been face to face with a ghost so my answer is a resounding yes.

back when I was in high school my friends and I went to a town where there is supposed to be a haunted house. I am a believer. I am not a nut. That house was haunted. The house had been condemned for years no one has lived it it. The water was shut off to the house no heat. We broke into the house through the basement. We went up to the first floor where we could hear water running. It was so scary. Blood on the walls that said help. Music playing but no where could we explain the music and where it was coming from. The story behind the house is that at the peak of the back of the house there is a upside down cross its been struck by lighting several time each time kissing someone that was living in the house the last time someone lived there it got struck by lighting again and killed the entire family. The house is completely abandoned. Cars in the driveway and everything. It was the scariest thing I have ever seen. I vowed never to go into that house again. I still can't believe that they kept rebuilding the house int he same way every time. Its crazy. ♥

Yep I do.

I've heard the type of thing he's talking about - they call it a place memory. After people live somewhere a long time, or in times of high emotion - good or bad - the memories of this get "trapped" in the house, so sometimes you heard people talking when everything else it completely quiet.

In my case, the old woman who'd lived in our house for many years and had died there - you could hear her having conversations with her son - you could hear both voices, but not really make out the words. In time it faded.

basically it's just a memory.

I havent seen anything, but my daughter and friend stayed at a place near here, and had a weird experience. Check out Creepy Canada, on T V. The place was on there once. You might be a believer after you watch that show.

Yes. I have a couple of instances that convinced me there really are ghosts. And I'm a pretty skeptical person when it comes to stuff like that. But after what happened to me a while back, I believe.

well, my son is 14 and he stays up half the night playing halo 2 and he said he saw a ghost when we were visiting my mom in florida. i said corey, honey, that was grandma

i dont call them ghosts. i call them spirits and i do believe. my younger siblings have heard people talking before and one of my sisters sat at the bottom of the stairs ,at my grandmas supposed haunted house, laughing and asking to play with him when there was nobody up there. so yes i do believe.

Yes, at 18 months and with no concept of what they were, my daughter plain as day said she "sees ghosts", I found out later that a guy died in the very apartment we lived in, and it was the day we moved in that she said that....... coincidence, maybe.....?

I believe that their are dead spirts around us. You know after someone dies their spirit is around us. So I guess in some strange way I do believe in ghost just spirits of dead people. Just because we can't see them doesn't mean they aren't there. Your son proably heard dead spirits talking to each other. He's not crazy they are out there and watching us.

I HOPE I DON"T but I keep the TV satellite science stuff on all night, thinking I might Learn in my SLEEP (YEAH, RIGHT!!) AND SOME OF THOSE PARANORMAL THINGS MAKE ME WANT TO BELIEVE!!!
