If there were celebrities on here, wouldn't they use something like an alias??? I don't know which is why I'm asking

i know that they are on here but do you like look at something on there little page thingy and see that they're Oprah or Rober Deniro, or do they add their names when they ask/answer a question?

The celebrities have "official" written below their name. When you look at their profile they have a huge write up under their name. They also have questions asked, but no questions answered. They are also listed as the "sponcered" question, which in my opionion means they have paid yahoo (or sponcered yahoo), so they can advertise themselfs of their movie. Check out that "23", most recent sponcered question, and you'll find out what I mean.

Honestly, I don't really care if celebs come on here are not. I believe this place is called Yahoo! Answers not let's all go rush and answer a celebrities' question. If celebs want to come here and ask there questions (that are usually of little importance) let them do as they please. It shouldn't be a type of awarness as we concern ourselves with STD, etc.
Another point: people try to impersonate celebs because they want the attention that celebs have. You never know who a person can be by there screen name. Take for instance, George W. Bush could be posting questions under an unknown alias and no one would ever know. So, don't really make a big deal out of who's questions you are answering.
