Just be very nice about it, tell her the truth. Tell her she is nice and everything, but you don't see this going anywhere and you think it is best if the two of you dont speak anymore. It is gonna hurt her feelings no matter how you say it. So just be as nice as possible!

well, lets see, how about just telling her and explaining why you don't want to speak with her any more? maybe you can resolve what ever it is that makes you not want to talk to her any more. try truth, it can hurt but it's a good thing.

Just be yourself, and tell her, you might hurt her feelings but she will get over it, and its better to tell the truth than just pretend. good luck.
