1.Vitamin C and echinacea help the body fight an acute yeast infection by strengthening the immune system. Vitamin C appears to inhibit yeast growth, and echinacea may signal white blood cells to attack yeast.
2.Garlic extract is another immune stimulator and infection fighter.
3.Acidophilus contributes "good" or pro-bacteria that can hold down the yeast population. It's especially helpful when the yeast infection is the result of antibiotic use. For best results take it orally as capsules or use as a suppository daily while you're taking the antibiotic and for about a week after you've completed it.
4.Tea tree oil and vitamin A come in suppository form to be used every day. They are good alternatives to over-the-counter yeast-fighting creams: Tea tree oil is an antifungal and vitamin A keeps vaginal mucous membranes healthy.
5.Self-Care Remedies
The yeast that cause a yeast infection are not the same as those that leaven bread. Therefore, a "yeast-free" diet will not by itself treat a vaginal yeast infection.
The one diet change you can make is to reduce your sugar intake. Candida thrives on sugar and it is for this reason that diabetics are especially prone to yeast infections. Some fruit and some honey is fine; it's white sugar, and the hundreds of ways we use it, that needs watching.
A number of other self-care remedies will help the situation as well:
Wear cotton underwear only. If you need hosiery, wear thigh-highs instead of panty hose.
Avoid deodorized products, such as tampons, commercially prepared douches, or feminine deodorant sprays.
Wash the vaginal area with a mild, unscented soap.
Eat yogurt with live cultures. A cup a day can reduce the number of yeast infections.
Douche with 2 teaspoons of powdered acidophilus in a quart of warm water instead of taking capsules or suppositories. You can also use lukewarm pau d'arco or goldenseal tea. Douche with two cups twice daily for no more than a week.
P.S.
Self-treatment of a yeast infection implies "self-diagnosis" as well. And identifying a yeast infection is not as simple as it seems.
So unless you're pretty certain that you have a yeast infection, it's probably a good idea to get a medical diagnosis before you begin treatment to treat yourself.

No doctor or prescription is necessary for just a yeast infection. A yeast infection is itching with a creamy white discharge with NO ODOR.
To treat a yeast infection, go to walmart and buy Monistat 3 or the generic walmart version works just as well. For 3 days, use the inserts as directed, use the cream for exterior itching. (The one day treatment does not seem as effective as the 3.) Also, the natural add on, EAT YOGURT! The yeast enzymes in yogurt help you replenish the natural enzymes that are missing in your body. A yeast infection is actually a lack of good yeast in your body. Many times, you will result a lack of good yeast after being on an anti-biotic for another infection. The anti-biotic kills the bad bacteria causing your earache, sinus infection, whatever, but kills your good yeast as well.
If you have odor, you should see a doctor. You may have an std such as chlamydia or Trichomoniasis "trich".

Those remedies are from http://www.grannymed.com/Meds/Yeast-infection.aspx
# Smear fresh yogurton the infection 3 times a day.
# Take Olive leaf extract 2 times a day.
# Put 1 garlic clove in cheesecloth and insert into infected area. Leave it hanging out so you can take out after 15 min.
# Coat a tampon in the yogurt. Insert before you go to bed (at least 8 hours). Remove in the morning.
# Pour a half cup of vinegar and a half cup of salt into a warm bath. Soak in for about 20 minutes.
# Drink fresh strawberry or cranberry juice 5+ times and day.
good luck

If you had stopped it before it became an infection there are some things I would suggest but because it didn't get stopped earlier the doctor is probably the best bet.
Things that kill yeast - Soaking in Epsom salts, Tea tree oil, Grapefruit seed oil, Candex, Turmeric, Calcium Citrate (better with magnesium), and more that I am not remembering.

Eat a lot of yogurt - it contains active cultures of bacteria that can restore the natural balance in your body. Some people even swear by putting yogurt into the affected area, but I've never tried that.
Creams from the drugstore aren't natural, they're highly chemical and if you are sensitive you run the risk of having a reaction. And eating yogurt really does work, no matter what anyone tells you.

How is it possible to have a yeast infection all your life, that's odd. Also, if you don't want to go to the doctor or buy anything then you cannot be cured. If this is a serious question, you need to talk to your parents.

Just answered similar question, yes yeast infections do extremely well with eating lots of garlic & Ginger, also foods high in acidophillus, like yoghurt with acidophyllus, white goats cheeses, curds etc, any of the dairy foods that have a sour tast, like sour cream etc have and make acidophillus,
Sour cream and chives, with a finely sliced red onion( the red is the healer).
Can also use yoghurt as a topical cream.
Wherever the fungas is, vaginal, anal, or other types of fungals all respond well to application of plain acidophillus yoghurt.
Now diet, avoid things like soy sauce, mushrooms, white flour, breads, worstershire sauces, marinades with these things.
Drink lots of water, and if on medications, double your water in-take.
If vaginal, anal, don,t use soaps, use vinegar rinses, tea tree oil 1 drop to 4 cups of warm water, or 10 drops of tea tree oil in bath, use vinegar in bath, don,t use coloured loo paper, wear cotton undies, and not tight fitting,'Must drink lots of water, drink herbal teas.
If taking harsh medications take with yoghurt or with rice pudding, or sago, or even custard.
Diet , washing, rinsing clothes and self, with tepid water with spoon of vinegar, will keep this problem at bay.

No, unless you just want to suffer until it clears on it's on,IF it does.
You don't have to go to the doctor and get a prescription..you can go treatment over the counter in the feminine hygiene and condom section.
A lot of people are going to tell you to use or eat yogurt..don't listen! A lot of people think that helps, but it hasn't really been proven. It's only for prevention anyway,NOT treatment!

This is going to sound gross and weird but if you buy Lactobacillus Acidophilus in capsule form and stick them in your vagina 2-3 caps everyday and eat yogurt until the infection goes away this should take care of your problem

Miconazole cream. It by many different brand names, but as long as the main ingredient is miconazole, you'll have the right one.
As far as homeopathic remedies, those I'm not sure of. Haven't had the chance to research those yet.
