After 21 its all down hill....especially for the liver.

From what I've seen, Alot of people make a small realization in their mid 20's. Then they forget about it until they hit 30. Then it dissipates again until you pass 40. Then you get another wind and it goes away until your mid 50's. Usually after that they say what the hell, it's inevitable and just try and enjoy what ever is left!

Well I guess it all depends on how you feel I am in my mid 30's and feel great and sometimes still like to act like I'm 22 and still enjoy going out at any age always just remember to have fun and enjoy life because every once in a while life does throw a curve ball be ready for it any age.

When I was 16...I thought 20 was old....when I turned 21...I thought 30 was old....when i turned 30...I thought 40 was old...now I am 43...I have finally realized that old is not a number....it's a feeling!

I think there are many indicators but for me it was when I put a temperature gage out on the front porch. No one in there 20's, 30's or 40's really care how cold or hot it is. They just go about the having fun regardless of the temp's. lol.

The oldest woman is 114 so if I am 57 I like to think I am middle aged. I hope 60 isn't old I am not ready yet !

Depends on the person really. Some feel like they are getting old around 30 and others feel like it around 40 or even 50. So it depends on the person.
