Oh this Diet Routine idea is rubish! Who gave you this idea? I'll tell you what you should do to score good marks in your boards.
Just be cool, study well & don't be stressed up, & that should be it. You asked this question because you're a bit tense & nervous about your exams, I suspect. But I was a 94.2 percenter & I tell your eating habits do not influence your marks one bit. In fact, it is better if you eat more near your exams, 'coz you study more near exams than you do normally, is'nt it? So, my piece of advice to you would be -- do'nt be stressed up; just study well & give your best in the exams, & leave the results to the Almighty. Best of luck for your exams, bro.

eat alot and drink alot of water.... since even i was in delhi board, dont worry it wont be that tough. and eat properly dont cut down on food bcoz of stress. have a good sleep too. u might want to eat more but control urself too. take care and all the best!!

the noth indian's meal is always correct.have a vegetable salad,fruits or even juice(not with too much sugar),a small cup of rice,a chappathy,a dhar,a vegetable(not fried) and a cup of curd.have lime,honey mixed with hot water early in the morning.all the best for your exams!

My dear st pl refere and follow these steps
1.keep time for eating
2.Deside how much?
3.no doute you eat as much you want.
4, Remember daily keep time to eat & study.
5don't eat what you don't to want
6 happly time pass with your books&belongings
7don't eat in out side becouse exams time.
8why you think about your food but think about study
9.early get up &go to bed

we should get up early in the morning by four or five'o clock and drink lots of water,then for breakfast we should eat sprouted green gram,it increases our memory and makes us active.if we eat a almond daily it will also improve our memory.
