In the TV Guide it said a Original character will die, so I think YES.

I was shocked too! I don't think he's going to die, though. Everytime someone's died, it's been during a full episode, not a two-parter. He's way too popular to leave - not like Speedle (who I liked a lot) who was too whiny for the public. Eric can't die, that would suck.

Methinks the writers or Jerry Bruckheimer dropped the ball on the story line, a sort of oops, innovations f.paintings moments in case you will - so they simply went forward and made little of it. And so Delko lives extra days to fool around with the beginner chicks who happen and are regularly long gone whilst he gets completed with them....

I hope he doesn't, he is great on the show and some eye candy too. He did not look too good, but he will hopefully pull thru. I hate those two episode/to be continued deal, I want to know right now.

No he isn't. If he was going to die it would be at the end of the season with the last episode. Then the beginning episode we would find him dead. The PR would also say like the other show, someone is going to die and you will be surprised. I forgot what show that was. But then is was not really a major character.

No I don't think he will die, it's just the mid season slump to keep everyone involved and watching.

I don't think so because it shows in the previews he's still alive also I don't think they will kill a main person off the show. I would be very upset if they did kill him off.

Nah he wont die. He is the cutest guy on the show! Just looks like it. They will take him to the hospital, revive him, and life will go on. You will see....

Yes I do believe hes going to die!! And I'm very pissed about it cause hes my favorite on CSI:Miami!! It sucks but I do think hes getting killed off!!! :(
