you can buy it in most dept stores but they are watered down versions of the really potent stuff. If you want the best,the same stuff used by the military than go to www.budk.com look for a mase that has cs. gas in it , it is the best stuff money can buy and this site has it for the cheapest price. believe me this stuff would stop an elephant.

You are absolutely correct a jalapeno used to have some punch now they are hardly interesting - I did pick up some jalapenos and other pepper from a farm marked in Raleigh NC that were righteously hot as they should be - so as always the grower are dumbing down the hot pepper crop for all the unadventurous consumers - kind of like the path american beer took for so many years until the microbreweries took hold. There must be a lot of consumers with uber-wussy taste buds.

I have always gotten mine from Ace Hardware. I bought it once at a hunting store. Our walmart does not carry it. It tends to run at about $10
