The at home drug tests from Walgreens say you can test THC positive if you are around HEAVY (and they emphasize the word heavy in bold so it must mean really heavy) second hand smoke. So unless whoever was smoking around you was clouding up the room, you probably don't have to worry.

I've always heard that this is a myth. It's an excuse a lot of pot smokers have tried to use when their test comes up positive.

yes, but it will not be detectable in your system as long as a first hand smoker.
