perjury (lying under oath)
and obstruction of justice (intentionally trying to make it difficult for the prosecutor to do his job)

The charges are lying under oath. Exactly what Bill Clinton was charged with back when. Libby had to answer questions about an event that had happened over 2 years before. His notes for this period had been subpoenaed and he was not allowed to refresh his memory. His answers were different from notes and they claimed he lied. LOLL A democrat is out to smear Republicans no mater what really happened.

Note this is the only charge the man could come up with when trying to prove CIA agents were outed illegally. Some investigator?

He is charged with lying to the FBI and perjury.
