Garlic bread is traditional…but it is a lot of simple carbohydrates for one meal. You should make a green salad with a light Italian dressing, or maybe a side of steamed veggies. If your spaghetti doesn’t have meat, then you definitely need some protein in the meal…cottage cheese is good for that (low fat of course.)
