My husband is Italian, and we want an Italian name that is different. No Giovannis or Francescos........

I have always loved the name Armani. I think its very unique for a first name. I think that it's wonderful that you are deciding on an italian name. Oh and I think Justin sounds fine with it. What really matters is if you and your husband agree on the name. Good Luck!

Armani is a surname and not listed as an Italian first name in ANY of the baby naming sites.

How about going for the Italian name as the middle name instead of the first name?

If not how about:

Adamo
Eduardo
Roberto
Emilio
Matteo
Paolo

Armani is already a surname. I am not a fan of Surnames as first names but it would be ok if you called him Justin. What about Giuseppi, Vincenzo, or Alexi?

It is your baby, you can call him whatever you want. Armani would certainly be recognizable but he'll be stigmatized for life with people asking him if he's related or something.

..but in the end...its all your decision:)
