Are there any self-help guide books on how to contain jealousy?

The only thing I know of it is to let it go, whatever you are holding on to, give it wings as they say. unless you want to pick a fight which will cause more wounds. jealousy is something that does not fit well in containers, it tends to act as an acid and turns to an ulcer .It's just a big mess maker and life taker.
