Let me tell you some advice that my husband gave me, and believe me, it works: No matter what you do or where you are in life, someone will always judge you. But never listen to their comments, only listen to your heart and do what YOU want to do not what THEY want you to do. Because the truth is, if you don't do what you want, you will regret it.

i usually like to keep my self esteem up by reading knitting, or exercising. knitting can really help me because it makes me feel like i accomplished something. and its something that not everyone can do. and for exercising, once i finish something relaly hard, i know taht i can believe in my self and not give up.
