running and general conditioning is obvioius. plyometrics is great for conditioning, leg strength, and flexibility. Eating right really helps too. You don't have to hit the weight room for hours each day. Just set up a routine of lifting that you wanna do, alternate every other for about 30 minutes. hope this helps ya.

RUN RUN RUN!

It's great not only for the conditioning aspect, but also it's great to have strong legs in wrestling. (help you get up fast when down, adds stability, ect.)

Other then that, try and actually wrestle when you can. Dieting and all that is good too!

Good luck, go win states!

STAY AWAY FROM ANY FAST FOOD PLACES AND DON'T DRINK SODA.
Sure you can indulge every now and whenever, but you need to stay away from it as much as possible. You also need to keep your overall food intake down. One mistake many wrestlers make (I made it too) is to change your eating habits after the season ends.
