Depends on what internet program you are running (Internet Explorer, Netscape, Firefox, etc).

But, let's say you are running IE, go to the toolbar at the top, choose Tools, then Internet Options.

Under the General tab, you can change your home page to default to something else.

You set your home page in Tools/Internet options in your browser. It's the first section of the default tab when you go into internet options.

On your web browser (Internet Explorer 7 or later), go to "Tools" menu. Then, select "Internet Options". On the "Home page" textbox, you can set your preferred home page by inputting it on the field. You'll also have the options to "Use current", "Use default", and "Use blank".
