If you want to be able to get back to sleep (I’m presuming that you were asleep and woke up, or are heading for bed) then camomile tea with honey and milk is one of the best things you can drink. Almonds also seem to have a soporific effect. Everybody knows about eating turkey. Whole grain bread is good for that, too.
Otherwise, if you don’t care about getting to sleep, then eat what you please. I’ve always found that an apple is good. It doesn’t load you up, it takes a few minutes to eat, you don’t need to cook it, and it’s good for you. They’re full of vitamins and easily digested.

Since cold pizza has already been mentioned, I'll have to go with peanut butter, eaten straight out of the jar with a spoon. Beverage of your choice.

Cheese and crackers, for something a little sweeter I'll make a peanut butter and honey sandwich.
