Check the web sites like CareerBuilder HotJobs and Monster; they give helpful information on what to include and pointers.

If you know anyone in a staffing profession, or HR department you could ask them for help and input as well.

Once you gather ideas, like someone already answered Microsoft Word will help you write it.

Use Microsoft Word if you have it. They have a resume builder.
