those people have health care because they have a good job they worked for. congress is not exactly MC Donald's. get a good job.

Because people who work for the government have jobs. Some jobs have benefits. Sometimes those benefits include healthcare.
If healthcare is important to someone, they will look for a job that offers healthcare as a benefit. They may find that job in a government agency or department.

As a government worker myself, I can say our benefits are way better than the private sector. Excellent heath care, all holidays and huge job security. Can't beat it. Oh, and "I work for the government and I'm here to help you." We all get a good laugh from that.

As far as pay goes, I know of very few people who would work a full time job without pay. We don't GIVE them health care. They TAKE it. If you don't like it, then it is time for you to get involved. Vote them out.

How about because they have a job. Most good jobs help provide health care. If you want health care then go to school and get a good job or become a liberal and sit around crying because someone has it better that you.

Because health care is in the contract they signed when they got the job... It's called a JOB BENEFIT. If you had a job you'd understand what a job benefit is.

we never had a choice. thats all a part of their package. nor do they draw S.S. benefits.
