Yes, I have an Excel spreadsheet that I keep open at all times and when someone comes by my door, I print it, look at it, and say "Something has got to change. We can't turn in numbers like this". And they all walk away, so I assume it is working.

So far...I have very few things to do here at work. It's driving me crazy because I am one that when I am bored, it's bad. I'll start doing stupid things. I almost wish the market would pick up and people would start buying houses again.
