Every month or so I get a really big pimple on my nose and it's always on my nose. It has that white stuff on it when I pop and the water thing or whatever you call it. I'm really serious about getting this crap off my nose. I had about 6 of them on my nose and when they're gone they're just scars that sometimes turns red. They're twice or even thrice the size of normal pimples. Can someone help me out? I ordered Proactive and it's going to come here in about a week. But, I didn't want them to mail me refill every 2 months.

It's either a really big pimple or a boil you keep getting on your nose. Imagine your face with a big T on it. Your forehead is the top of the T and right down the middle, through your brow, nose and chin are the places that your face is most likely to break out.
It is called your T zone. Proactive might help, but if it's only one pimple and you're getting it in the same spot every time, you might want to ask your doctor about it.
Good luck!

They're probably pimples. To prevent them from leaving scars, either don't pop them, or wait as long as you can before you do.

Just an FYI, a lot of my friends have bought proactive, and it didn't work for any of them. I'm using Benzaclyin (or something like that) from my dermatologist, and that seems to work pretty well.

yup those are pimples. consider using neutrogena acne wwash, it gets rid of your facial oils. But washing your face doesn't cut it. You need to watch what you eat, and drink LOTS of water. I was lucky as a teenager, I only got the occasional zit but I always drank water so thats my advice for you
